Konashi communicates directly with any iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad which supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. You do not need to apply for an MFi License.
You can control konashi directly from web browser using Web Bluetooth. The library is destributed by npm.
Konashi uses a TELEC certified BLE module. You can enjoy using Konashi without any special licenses for radio use in Japan.
